Registration & Billing Information
- A registration fee per patient is due at initial enrollment and at annual renewal
- AccessCare memberships are billed monthly per patient
- Memberships renew annually to maintain uninterrupted access
- Participation is optional and may be discontinued at renew

- No AccessCare tier includes allergy testing performed on-site, regardless of membership level.
- Services are provided based on clinical appropriateness, medical necessity, and provider discretion.
