IMT AccessCare™

Simple. Predictable. Personalized Pediatric Care.

IMT AccessCare™ is an optional pediatric care membership program designed to enhance access, communication, and care coordination for your child. It provides families with a predictable monthly option for additional services and support that are often not fully covered by traditional insurance plans.

AccessCare is available to patients of participating IMT pediatric practices and is intended to complement—not replace—health insurance.

How IMT AccessCare Works

Families may choose from three AccessCare membership tiers—Basic, Plus, or Complete—based on their needs. Each tier offers increasing levels of access and included services, such as:

  • Telehealth visits and digital communication
  • Care coordination and follow-up
  • Laboratory services (Plus & Complete)
  • Vaccines (Complete)

Memberships are billed monthly per patient and renew annually to ensure uninterrupted access.

A registration fee per patient is due at initial enrollment and at annual renewal.

Participation is entirely optional, and families may choose whether AccessCare is right for them.

Registration & Billing Information

  • A registration fee per patient is due at initial enrollment and at annual renewal

  • IMT AccessCare is not health insurance and does not replace health insurance.
  • Participation in AccessCare is optional and does not satisfy any insurance requirement.
  • AccessCare does not replace or substitute for insurance coverage.
  • Covered services are limited to those specifically described in the selected AccessCare tier.
  • No AccessCare tier includes allergy testing performed on-site, regardless of membership level.
  • Services are provided based on clinical appropriateness, medical necessity, and provider discretion.
  • Insurance may still be billed for services not included in the selected AccessCare tier.
  • Certain services may be subject to availability, public health programs (including VFC), and applicable clinical guidelines.
